What is EDS testing?

In the 1950s a German physician and engineer, Dr. Reinhard Voll, found that the points traditional acupuncture had mapped for centuries conduct electricity differently from the skin around them — and that specific points on the hand correspond to specific organs and systems.

He did not just find points. He found a map.

You hold a smooth brass cylinder in one hand. Amber touches a blunt stylus to points on your hand. The voltage is so low you cannot feel it; there are no needles, and nothing goes in or comes out.

Each point reads against a balance value of 50. Higher means that system is working harder than it should; a reading that will not hold steady is telling us something too.

Imbalances register as energetic disturbances long before they become a symptom you can name or a number outside a lab’s range. Think of a guitar string going flat before anyone hears it, an engine light before the breakdown, ripples before the wave.
