This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you visit our website including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site (such as online chat and message boards).

Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics tracking on this Site. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook or Instagram pixel, no ad-network tag, and no session-recording tool. Nothing on this Site follows you to other websites or builds an advertising profile of you.

We do use a small number of our own cookies. Every one of them is “first-party” (set by myeternalwellness.com itself, and sent back only to our own servers) and “HTTP-only” (the code running in your browser cannot read them). They are:

• __Secure-authjs.session-token — keeps you signed in to your account. It expires 7 days after your last visit, and signing out deletes it immediately. Signing in also uses two short-lived helper cookies, __Host-authjs.csrf-token and __Secure-authjs.callback-url, which protect the login form against forgery and remember which page to return you to; they last only until you close your browser.
• ew_guest_cart — a randomly generated ID that keeps your shopping cart with you before you sign in. It holds only that random ID, no information about you. It expires after 30 days.
• ew_ft(“first touch”) — the campaign tags on the link that first brought you to the Site: the campaign labels a link carries (source, medium, campaign, content, term), the domain name of the site that referred you (for example, instagram.com), the public page you landed on, and the date. It is written once and not changed after that, and it expires after 180 days.
• ew_lt(“last touch”) — the same campaign tags for the most recent tagged link you clicked. It expires after 90 days.

What the two campaign cookies do not hold. They store campaign tags only — never your name, email, phone number, any health information, or a record of the pages you browse. They are set only when you arrive on a public marketing or booking page through a tagged link, such as a link in one of our social posts; they are never set on your account pages, your test results, or any other part of the Site you have to sign in to reach. Their only purpose is to tell us which of our own posts and pages bring people to us, and that information stays on our servers.

Outside services you may run into.Public forms on this Site (such as sign-up and newsletter forms) may run a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which tells a real person apart from an automated bot and can set a short-lived cookie of its own to do so. It is not advertising or analytics technology and is not used to profile you. Card payments are handled on Stripe’s own secure checkout page rather than on ours, so any cookies Stripe sets are set on Stripe’s site and covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the campaign cookies costs you nothing — the Site works exactly the same. Blocking the sign-in and cart cookies will stop you from staying signed in or keeping items in your cart, because those cookies are what make those features work.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
