Returns & refunds

Please read carefully before ordering.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on supplements, herbals, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, or remote tests. All sales are final. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this policy.

If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please reach out beforeordering. We're happy to help — Amber sees patients by appointment and we can point you to the right next step.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive the wrong item, an item that's damaged in shipping, or your package never arrives — contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@myeternalwellness.com with your order number and (where applicable) a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected items — no return shipping required on our end.

Hair & saliva tests

Remote tests are non-refundable once payment is received. If your sample is lost in transit before arriving at our clinic, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you on next steps.

Custom-imprinted homeopathic remedies

Homeopathic detoxifiers are made-to-order from your biofeedback results and cannot be resold. These are non-refundable in all cases.
