Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
How long it takes
- In-stock supplements & herbals: usually ship within 1–2 business days of your order.
- Dropship items (Standard Enzyme catalog): ship directly from our supplier within 2–4 business days.
- Custom-imprinted homeopathic remedies: these are made-to-order for you based on your biofeedback results. Allow 5–7 business days before they ship.
- Remote services (e.g. Rife 90):no shipment — you'll receive email instructions from Amber within 24 hours.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also see tracking on your account page.
Lost or damaged packages
If something doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
