During account setup at myeternalwellness.com/welcome, the client enters their mobile number in an optional field shown directly beneath the consent disclosure below. By entering a mobile number and continuing, the client agrees to receive the text messages described here. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or service.
